We ship premium research peptides (including Grey Protocol) within the United States via UPS with tracking on all orders.

•  Processing Time: Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Shipping confirmation with UPS tracking number sent via email.

•  Shipping Options (Continental USA):

•  UPS Ground (Default): 2–5 business days, weight-based at checkout (most economical).

•  UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days, weight-based at checkout.

•  UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day, weight-based at checkout.

•  Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions (if active) announced on site. No P.O. Boxes for UPS Ground.

•  Tracking & Delivery: UPS tracking number provided with shipment email.

•  Important Notes:

•  Ships to verified billing/shipping address only.

•  Research Use Only — not for human consumption. Complies with U.S. regulations.

•  Hawaii, Alaska, & Territories: Higher rates, longer times (3–7+ days).

•  APO/FPO: Limited — contact us first.

•  Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact support@peptidetherapy.life immediately with order number and tracking. We work with UPS on claims (file within 30 days). Handled case-by-case per Return Policy.

•  International: Domestic U.S. shipping only at this time.

•  Customer Responsibilities:
